Silver Rock Studios is a new purpose-built Film and TV production studio launching shortly. Located in the heart of Ireland, our principal facility will be equipped with sound stages and the most advanced Film and TV technology in existence globally. An NZEB building forging towards zero emissions. SRS aims to become a significant employer from training to full employment for up to 2000 people within 24 months from launch.
Silver Rock has been established to meet the needs of the rapid expansion of film and television production in our ever changing world. With a variety of future facing in-studio facilities and on-location options, our mission is to produce visual content that resonates with viewers, regardless of genre, scale or platform. From creating the overall strategy, to organizing and executing the shoot, to managing the multifaceted post-production process, we will ensure our clients’ projects are seamless from start to finish.
Ireland offers favourabe tax incentives for Film and TV production and Silver Rock Studios has full political support from the Irish government.
Location
Tipperary was selected for its idyllic green landscapes and convenient central location in Ireland. The studio site is fully secure and in close proximity to excellent daily air connections from two international airports (30mins & 90mins) as well as an excellent road network that links four Irish cities within ninety minutes, to facilitate any production travelling further within a working day for locations.
In addition to this, a world-class established system of tax incentives, along with multiple purpose-built studios, diverse location options with landscapes, lakes and rivers, as well as space for future expansion characterise the value proposition of Silver Rock Studios as a global destination to base your next production. The average cost of living in Tipperary is considerably more affordable than it is in the vicinity of Dublin, enabling cost-effective production.

Pre-Production
With a dedicated and experienced team and guarantee to provide the highest quality result for all of our client’s needs. We can tailor our service to suit your specific production requirements – whether you are filming at our studios, or a mix of studio and location work, anywhere around Ireland. Our office spaces designed to the highest standard with high-speed fibre broadband, the latest in air quality, heating systems and natural light.
Technical & Crewing Support
Our team are available to support your creative team to make your experience a seamless one. We have a network of industry technical companies to support the client's camera, lighting, sound, grips, needs most located within our complex. We have a database of experienced and entry-level crew locally based within a 40 km radius of the studios to advise the creative heads of departments on how to build their team in the region.
Post-Production
When it comes to post-production, you can count on us to continue working until it’s exactly what you’re looking for while still staying within your timeline and budget. We will have the latest industry-standard facilities for sound mixing rooms, foley, ADR, and VFX service to our clients at our studios for the next phase of development.
